I have the authority to submit this track. I’m the rights holder and/or I have permission from everyone who owns rights in the recording + composition. To the best of my knowledge, this is original and non-infringing. It doesn’t copy someone else’s composition/lyrics or violate third-party rights. All writers/contributors are disclosed and agree to this use. Everyone with ownership claims is listed and has consented. I grant MARS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license. MARS can stream/broadcast the track and use short clips for promo across MARS platforms. I understand there is no payment/royalty from MARS for this usage. This is permission-based community station placement. I can request removal with 7 days written notice. We’ll stop using it as soon as reasonably practicable after the notice window. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless MARS. If a rights dispute happens, you agree MARS isn’t liable for missing permissions or inaccurate info. MARS may remove content if there’s a legal/policy risk. If a platform claim or policy issue pops up, MARS may pull the track to protect the station. (Optional) You can promo me. MARS may use my artist name, artwork, and short clips to promote my track + the station. (Optional) Contact me for interviews/features. We may invite you for short artist interviews tied to your music.
